A “Teaming Conversation” is created when a leadership community comes together to create important strategic initiatives and construct a productive teaming environment that sets the pace and creates the space for teams to become high performing.
The Teaming Venture has five major parts, like five sections of whitewater rapids in a river. Our experience shows that high-performing teams consistently move through Five Teaming Conversations with intentionality and agility, knowing where they are in the teaming process and what conversations are essential for that moment.

Our Teaming Leadership Workshops are immersive, facilitated experiences designed to help your leadership teams engage in the right conversations at the right time. Through the lens of the Five Teaming Conversations, these workshops create space for teams to power up, align on shared commitments, and break through the barriers that block performance. Coaching is integrated throughout to help leaders translate insight into action and apply teaming principles immediately.
