Stacey is a deeply experienced, purposeful Master Coach, Senior Executive Consultant, and Advisor in the areas of leadership development, culture transformation and sustainability, change leadership, strategy and performance management, and communication. Before her 15-year focus within consulting and coaching, Stacey has over 20 years of diverse operations leadership and senior administrator experience with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations, including PepsiCo, Robert Half International, ITC Systems, and Covenant Theological Seminary.

Stacey’s priority is the well-being and success of her clients. Her energy, professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to pivot to meet a variety of objectives make her a valued resource. Beyond utilizing Serving Leadership frameworks and best practices, she often leverages her extensive functional experience across multiple for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to support her clients’ professional and personal growth. When she is not working, Stacey enjoys traveling, art, music, reading, gardening, floral design, history (particularly BBC shows), hiking/long walks, and spending time with her husband, Pat, and their three beloved dogs.
