Joe Seestadt is an Executive Consultant with Third River Partners, as well as a Director of Laboratory Outreach in healthcare and a church planter in West Bloomfield, Michigan. He has committed his life to helping people achieve their life’s ambition, on both a personal and professional level.

Prior to becoming a pastor in 2016, Joe successfully led operations at the Cleveland Clinic’s Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Institute by utilizing Serving Leader and Lean Operations methodologies to drive changes at all levels of leadership. Joe has 15 years of experience in healthcare and manufacturing, facilitating positive change throughout his career.

He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Joe and his wife, Ranae, have six children, and they enjoy outdoor and church activities.
