He has managed enterprise-level hospital implementations, multi-location practices, and independent practice operations, particularly in digital health and data analytics, to enhance clinical fidelity and improve patient outcomes.

As a co-founder of multiple healthcare startups and top executive at numerous holding companies, Jeremy has developed virtual care solutions and digital, value-based, patient-centric care models that have been implemented across major health systems and practices—both domestically and globally. His work spans hospitals, acute care, specialty care, primary care, behavioral health, long-term care, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, and pharmacy sectors.

Notably, he is energized about leading innovation teams in developing new healthcare products and value-based, patient-centric solutions that aim to improve patient outcomes. JT has played a key role in establishing a multi-state family practice that provides essential care to rural and underserved communities.
