I am a senior executive and former educator who helps organizations build high-performing, people-centered systems that scale. With more than 30 years of experience—including over a decade in the classroom— I bring a practitioner’s perspective to executive leadership, combining deep domain expertise in education with a proven ability to lead transformation across complex, mission-driven organizations.

My work sits at the intersection of organizational design, strategy execution, and client experience. I have spent the past two decades in senior leadership working to secure, grow, and manage partnerships with school districts, large organizations, and state agencies—building executive relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable outcomes over the full lifecycle of each partnership. My experience spans highly matrixed systems where success depends on aligning diverse stakeholders, navigating regulatory environments, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale—capabilities that translate directly across education, healthcare, nonprofit, and financial services sectors.
