Throughout his career, he has focused on building leadership capability and scalable talent systems that drive measurable business results.
Grounded in Serving Leadership, strengths-based development, and emotional intelligence, Bijan has trained thousands of leaders and designed enterprise-wide programs that strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational growth. His work centers on developing leaders at all levels, building high-performing teams, and creating talent strategies that produce strong succession pipelines and sustained impact.
Consistently recognized as a top HR leader, Bijan has built Learning and Organizational Development functions from the ground up within rapidly scaling organizations across healthcare, technology, and financial services. He has led talent initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential programs, implemented simple yet effective performance management systems, and guided organizations through growth, goal attainment, culture transformation, and mergers while maintaining employee engagement and strategic alignment. A master facilitator, he delivers high-impact training in leadership, management, and professional skills development. He has also acted as a strategic advisor on AI-driven coaching initiatives that integrate performance data with leadership development technology, and has developed training that builds confidence in the effective use of AI across businesses.
In addition, Bijan has led executive communication strategies, including town halls, quarterly business reviews, goal cascading initiatives, and enterprise communication efforts to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability.
He holds certifications in Gallup StrengthsFinder Team Training, Crucial Conversations, David Allen’s Getting Things Done, Master Storytelling, and Serving Leadership. He is a certified Strengths and Clarity Compass coach and is actively pursuing his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. Bijan earned his BSBA from Northeastern University with dual concentrations in Business Management/HR Management and Marketing.
Outside of work, Bijan enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, listening to music, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs.
