Consulting Practice Leader
John Porcari is the Consulting Practice Leader of ThirdRiver Partners and works with senior executives to achieve dramatic results in their organizations. John is a trusted advisor to many senior teams in the areas of Serving Leadership, business strategy execution and creating coaching capability in leaders.
John works is a variety of industry environments. John has served as Distinguished Faculty for the Cleveland Clinic Physician’s Academy, and currently serves as Lead Consultant for the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Leadership Academy.
Previously, John was a senior Human Performance executive for the global consulting firm Accenture; the Director of Performance Strategy and Solutions at Five Star Development; and a Human Resources Officer at Aetna Incorporated.
John holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University, and a B.A. in History from State University New York-College at Cortland.
He is active in his community, volunteering his time with organizations that are focused on serving children and families. John and his wife, Mary Beth, are also foster and adoptive parents.
