Charles Greco is an expert in the strategic and tactical application of change management to enterprise wide improvement initiatives with over 20 years of experience working with leadership to define the vision, develop the strategic agenda and establish alignment and commitment to change.  His work has included developing strategy and following through on tactical plans that build organizational adoption to new processes, systems, tools and cultural aspects.

Change Leadership.
Charles has worked with large HealthCare systems to develop change leadership and implement work flow improvements within hospital operations.  Key outcomes included A 30% increase in OR throughput with no additional capital investment.

Team Building.
Charles has worked to increase organizational effectiveness through building functionally strong teams that innovate, problem solve and implement.  Charles is certified in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) a tool for diagnosing individual and team thinking preferences and improving their business effectiveness.

Charles has extensive experience in the design, and implementation of continuous improvement systems.  Within fortune 500 companies, he has developed and trained cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and solve operational problems and then implement those solutions for tangible results.  Through training, coaching and development of supporting systems, he enables organizations to reap continued and sustained benefits.

Charles has facilitated groups from small team improvement initiatives to leadership team performance interventions to national sales meetings.  Charles has presented ideas and influenced change through upper, middle and line management.

Charles holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.  He is based in Chicago where he resides with his wife and two children.  Together they enjoy travel, camping, scuba diving, kayaking and summer nights in their backyard.
