Our Initiative Based Development framework is a powerful methodology that links leadership and team development to critical strategic projects. We work with teams comprised of proven and emerging leaders to create strategic project objectives and leadership development objectives. Team members create business breakthroughs while developing and coaching each other as leaders.

With senior sponsorship and coaching from our consultants, teams build a compelling business case and a plan to achieve it. Mid-course evaluation ensures that corrections are made just-in-time. We work with the teams on a regular basis on project management, and coaching, and offer leadership development interventions.
